Invite a property manager

A manager is someone you hire to help with listings. They are not a RentFreely employee. Managers cannot sign up on their own — you invite them.

Steps

1. Open Property managers from your landlord dashboard or profile tools.
2. Enter the manager's email, phone number, and name.
3. Choose scope — what they can manage:
   • All properties — your full portfolio
   • Specific listings — pick individual units
   • Building or hostel group — one map cluster (e.g. one hostel block)
4. They receive an email with an invite code, plus an in-app banner if they already use RentFreely.
5. After they accept, they manage only what you scoped — for your account only.

You can invite several managers with different scopes. Revoke access anytime.

Each manager can be linked to one landlord at a time. If they already manage another account, they must leave that link before accepting yours.
