Become a landlord

Steps

1. Open Profile.
2. If you signed up as a tenant, tap Become a landlord (or choose Landlord / PMC at sign-up).
3. You will see landlord tools: Dashboard, Properties, and a banner to complete your landlord check.

You can still use tenant features. Switch modes anytime in Profile.

Individual vs management company

You do not need company registration if you are an individual landlord. A business or property name and your ID are enough to start the quick check.
