For property managers

You work for a landlord, not for RentFreely. They invite you; you help run their listings within the scope they choose.

A property manager helps a landlord run their listings on RentFreely.

How you join

1. A landlord sends you an invite (email + invite code).
2. You sign in with your own RentFreely account (tenant or landlord — not a separate manager signup).
3. You accept the invite and switch to manager mode.

What you can do

• Add and edit listings within your scope (all properties, specific units, or one building)
• Upload photos and set map pins
• Switch to manager mode in Profile

What you cannot do

• Sign up as a manager without an invite
• Manage more than one landlord at a time
• Approve the landlord's verification check (that is the landlord's job)
• See tenant payments for unrelated landlords
