Accept a manager invite

Managers join only through a landlord invite. There is no separate “sign up as manager” option.

If you already use RentFreely

1. Sign up or sign in as a tenant or landlord (your personal account).
2. Open Profile. You may see a pending manager invite banner.
3. Or open Switch account → Manager and enter the invite code from the landlord's email.
4. Tap Accept. You are linked to that landlord with the scope they chose.

If you are new

1. Download RentFreely and sign up as tenant or landlord.
2. Add your phone when prompted.
3. Enter the invite code from the landlord (Profile → Switch account → Manager, or the invite banner).
4. Accept and switch to manager mode to see their listings.

Important

• Use the same email and phone the landlord entered on the invite.
• You can manage one landlord at a time.
• Your access may be limited to specific listings or a building — not always the full portfolio.
