We verify that listings belong to real people or companies operating in Uganda. This is not bank KYC. We only need enough to match your name, business, and location.

Individual landlord

National ID is best if you have it. Any government or school ID with your full name is fine.

Property management company

How to submit

1. Open Profile → Landlord check (or the dashboard banner).
2. Select Individual or Property management company.
3. Fill in your business name, address, and area (e.g. Ntinda, Wandegeya).
4. Tap Add ID photo. Choose Gallery or Camera.
5. Add ownership proof (individual) or company registration (PMC).
6. Tap Submit for review.

After you submit

• Status shows Pending review. You can still update your details.
• We may call the number on your account to confirm.
• If rejected, you will see a reason and can resubmit.
