Property management companies

A property management company (PMC) operates rentals on behalf of owners. On RentFreely you use the same landlord tools, with a few extra verification steps.

1. Create an account as Landlord / PMC (or switch to landlord mode in Profile).
2. Complete the landlord check and choose Property management company.
3. Upload your company registration document (required).
4. Optionally upload a management mandate if you manage properties for owners.

RentFreely staff review PMC applications like individual landlords. You can update details and resubmit if rejected.

What PMCs can do

• List and manage your own portfolio on the map
• Invite property managers on your team with scoped access:
  • All properties — full portfolio
  • Specific listings — only chosen units
  • Building or hostel group — one building or cluster on the map
• Add several managers; each manager works for one landlord account at a time

What PMCs cannot do

• Sign up staff as “managers” without a landlord invite — managers must accept an invite from you
• Bypass the landlord check — listings stay hidden until approval
