Unlock a listing

To see the landlord's phone and WhatsApp, you need to unlock the listing.

During your welcome trial

For the first 2 days after sign-up, you can unlock listings without buying views.

After your trial

You buy a views package in the app (see How views work). Each unlock uses one view.

Steps

1. Open a listing's detail page.
2. Tap Unlock contact (or similar).
3. Confirm. Your view is used and contact details appear.

TIP

Unlock only when you are serious about calling. Views are not refunded if the place is already taken.
